Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for consultation engagements with Granular Sphere Business Finance.

What this covers
This policy covers fees paid for the planning consultations and continuing support described in these terms. Because engagements are agreed in writing before any work begins, the specific fee and scope in your written proposal take precedence where they differ from the standard terms below.
The durations and windows below are standard market-consistent terms and are proposed pending business confirmation; they will be confirmed in your written engagement proposal.
Cancellation before work starts
If you cancel an engagement in writing before the initial consultation has taken place, any fee paid in advance is refunded in full.
Cancellation after work has started
If you cancel after the initial consultation or after the build step has begun, the work already carried out up to the point of cancellation is chargeable. The portion of the fee that corresponds to work not yet carried out is refunded.
Refund timeframe
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of the refund being agreed, to the original payment method where possible. Where the original method is not available, we will arrange an alternative with you.
Non-refundable items
The initial consultation is free. Where a paid session has been delivered and the cancellation is for your own reasons, that delivered session is non-refundable. Work products already delivered and accepted are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule a consultation session at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Within 24 hours, rescheduling is handled on a best-effort basis.
Deposits
If a deposit is taken as part of an engagement, it is applied against the engagement fee and is refundable under the same terms as above before work begins.
No-shows
If a paid session is missed without notice, it is treated as a delivered session and is non-refundable. We will try to offer an alternative time where we reasonably can.
How to request a refund
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at info@granular-sphere.digital or +82 2-554-6817, with your name and the engagement details. We will confirm what is refundable and the expected processing time in writing.
Exceptions
Where an engagement cannot proceed for reasons on our side, any fee paid for the unperformed portion is refunded in full.
