We work through your recent income and costs and build an operating budget that maps to your real sales cycle. The output is a budget you can read and update, not a spreadsheet you are afraid to open.
Cash-flow planning
A working view of when money arrives and when it leaves, accounting for VAT, withholding tax, and supplier terms that are common for small businesses operating in Korea. The goal is fewer surprises at month-end.
Cost behaviour review
We separate the costs that move with revenue from the costs that do not, so you can see how margin actually behaves as sales go up or down. This is often where the most useful decisions come from.
Ongoing review sessions

How engagements are structured
Each engagement begins with an individual consultation to understand the business and its current financial picture. Ongoing support is then arranged around the cadence that fits the business. Specific fees and engagement terms are agreed in that first consultation and set out in writing before any work begins.
Because fees depend on the scope of each engagement, we do not publish standard prices on this page. You will receive a clear, written proposal after the initial consultation, with no obligation to proceed.
What these services are not
These services do not include audit, tax filing, statutory bookkeeping, or investment advice. If you need those, we will say so directly and point you toward an appropriate licensed provider in Korea.
