The services
Granular Sphere Business Finance provides one-to-one financial-planning consultations and continuing planning support, focused on the budgeting and financial management of small businesses. The services are planning services. They are not audit, tax filing, statutory bookkeeping, or investment advice, and nothing on this site should be read as those.
How an engagement is formed
An engagement begins with an inquiry through this site, followed by an initial consultation. After the initial consultation, we provide a written proposal setting out the scope, the fee, and the review cadence. No engagement exists, and no fee is owed, until you accept that proposal in writing.
Fees
Because fees depend on the scope of each engagement, we do not publish standard prices. The fee for any engagement is set out in the written proposal and is agreed before any work begins. All fees are quoted in KRW and do not include any taxes that may apply.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your business when requested, and to let us know promptly if circumstances change in a way that affects the engagement. Planning work depends on the information you give us; we can only plan from what we are shown.
Our responsibilities
We carry out the engagement with reasonable care and skill, in line with the scope set out in the written proposal. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, because business results depend on many factors outside any planning engagement.
Cancellation and refund
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are set out in the refund policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under any engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on planning work.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The version that applies to an engagement is the one in force when that engagement was agreed.
